Baked salmon and goat cheese pasta

Ingredients

- 500 grams of salmon (5.56€)

- 310 grams of goat cheese (1.80€)

- Fresh rosemary (1.50€)

- 1 kg of pasta (0.91€)

- 900 grams of cherry tomatoes (0.99€)

- Balsamic glaze (1.50€)

- Honey (3.20€)

- Olive oil (1.85€)

- Salt (0.26€)

- Pepper (0.56€)

Total: 18.13€


Recipe

  1. Add the goat cheese and the tomatoes in a dish and put olive oil, pepper, salt on top

  2. Mix the tomatoes together

  3. Add the salmon in the dish

  4. Put the rosemary on top

  5. Put aluminium foil and place it in your oven that is heated at 180°C for 15 minutes

  6. In the mean time cook your pastas

  7. After 15 minutes take your dish out of the over and mix everything together

  8. Add the pastas

  9. Add the honey and the balsamic glaze and mix
