Ingredients

- 2 tomatoes (3€)

- 1 eggplant (1.19€)

- 1 bell pepper (1.50€)

- 2 onions (0.60€)

- 1 block of feta cheese (1.59€)

- 1 apple (0.97€)

- 1 branch of celery (0.40€)

- Greek pastas (2.45€)

- Mix of green herbs sauce

Total: 11.7




Recipe

  1. Cut the tomatoes, bell pepper, eggplant, celery, onions, apple and feta.

  2. Cook the eggplant, bell pepper and onions in your over heated at 180°C for 15 minutes.

  3. In the meantime cook your pastas.

  4. Put all of your vegetables and feta into a bowl and add the pastas.

  5. Mix and add the green herbs sauce.
