Ratatouille pasta

Ingredients

- 2 bell peppers (0.99€)

- 1 onion (0.30€)

- 2 tomatoes (3€)

- 1 eggplant (0.74€)

- 2 garlic cloves (0.50€)

- tomato paste (1.30€)

- 6 olives (0.84€)

- herbs de Provence (0.43€)

- 2 celery branches (1.35€)

- Greek pasta (1.08€)

- 200g of chicken (2€)

Total: 12.53€


Recipe

  1. Start by cutting the celery, bell peppers, eggplant, tomatoes, onion, olives, chicken and crush the garlic

  2. Add olive oil into a pan and add the celery, onion and garlic mix everything together and let it cook for 5 minutes

  3. Add the chicken mix everything together and let it cook for 3 minutes

  4. Add the eggplant, bell peppers mix and then add the tomato paste and mix

  5. Add the tomatoes, olives and the herbs de Provence and mix

  6. Let it cook for 20 minutes

  7. In the mean time cook your pastas

  8. After 20 minutes add your pastas in your ratatouille sauce and mix
