Ingredients

- 1 carrot (0.89€)

- 4 cloves of garlic (1.50€)

- 1 tablespoon of olive oil (3.21€)

- 4 chicken cutlets (4€)

- 1 half of green pepper (0.99€)

- 1 half of red pepper (0.99€)

- 2 onions (0.30€)

- 1 handful of bean sprouts (0.99€)

- 5 tablespoons of soy sauce (0.88€)

Total: 13.75€


Recipe

1. Cut the chicken into small cubes about 1 cm thick.

2. For the marinade, mix the soy sauce with the peeled and chopped garlic cloves.

3. Let the meat marinate as long as possible, at least 30 minutes.

4. Cut carrot and peppers into small sticks and slice the onions into thin strips.

5. Heat the oil and add the onions to brown them gently. When they begin to color slightly, add carrot and peppers. Stir frequently and cook over low heat for 15 min. Then set aside on a separate plate.

6. Drain the chicken a little, reserving the marinade, and brown. It must be starting to brown. Pepper generously.

7. When the chicken begins to turn golden, add the vegetables, stir well, and gradually add the remains of the marinade, the bottom should not stick. Add the handful of soybeans. Stir everything well
