- 700 grams of butternut (1.99€)
- 1 shallot (1.49€)
- 15 grams of olive oil (2.65€)
- 400 grams of coconut milk (1.10€)
- 1 teaspoon of cumin (0.99€)
- 200 grams of water
- 2 pinches of Salt (0.26€)

How to make a butternut, coconut milk and carrot soup
Put the butternut, peeled and cut into pieces, the carrots peeled and sliced and the shallot in a chopper and give 1 blow of turbo
Put the preparation into a saucepan and let it cook for 15 minutes
Add the coconut milk, the cumin, the water and the salt and let it cook for 25 minutes
Mix everything in the chopper
Serve hot
