- 1 pinch of pepper (0.67€)
- 2 pinches of salt (0.26€)
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda (2.86€)
- 1 bag of bread yeast (0.26€)
- 20 cl of water
- 300 g pizza flour (1.28€)
- 250 g of meat (3.66€)
- 200 g grated cheese (1.39€)
- 8 pitted black olives (0.85€)
Total: 12.51€
Recipe
1. In a bowl, place the 300 g of flour, then the baking powder, then the baking soda, a pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper. Add the paprika and garlic salt to taste. Mix dry to homogenize the ingredients.
2. Then pour half of the 20 cl of water, stir with your finger. Finally, pour the rest of the water and stir, when the dough is sticky, use your hand to mix everything, until you get a sticky dough without any remaining flour.
3. Then add a little flour by hand, mix and knead. Repeat the operation (flour plus kneading) until you get a ball of dough that no longer sticks.
4. Put a little flour at the bottom of your bowl and on its sides, then put the ball back in, and cover with a clean tea towel.
5. Let the dough rest for about 2 hours
6. Preparation of the pizza. Preheat your oven to 220 ° C. On your work surface, spread a little flour so that the ball of glue does not.
7. Sprinkle a little flour on your ball and take it out of the bowl. With a rolling pin, make a disc about 35 cm in diameter.
8. Place the dough thus formed on your baking sheet, with baking paper underneath or, failing that, flour, so that the dough does not stick to the baking sheet.
9. Spread the tomato sauce over the dough, until you can hardly see the dough (2 to 3 mm thick of the sauce).
10. Then distribute the meat on the surface. Do the same with the cheese, until it covers the entire surface properly. Finally place the olives. Sprinkle with a nice pinch of Provence herbs.
11. Bake in the middle of the oven for 8 min for a soft dough, 10 to 12 min for a crispier dough.
12. Take out the pizza when the cheese is well melted and begins to bubble and brown. Cut and serve.
