Ingredients


- 1 shortcrust pastry (0.58€)

- 130 g of broccoli (1.48€)

- 150 g of smoked salmon (2.99€)

- 15g butter (1.56€)

- 2 eggs (1.05€ for 10 eggs)

- 200 g of liquid cream (1.56€)

- Salt (0.26€)

- Pepper (0.82€)

- Dill (1.50€)

Total: 11.8€


How to make a salmon, broccoli and ricotta quiche

Put the dough in the pie pan, on a sheet of baking paper. Prick the bottom with a fork.

Blind bake your shortcrust pastry for 15 minutes at 200°C.

Cook the brocoli

Melt the butter and mix it with the eggs, cream, dill, salt and pepper. Reserve.

Put the salmon and broccoli at the bottom of the pie pan, then add the mixture.

Finally, bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 180°C.
