- 2 bell peppers (0.99€)

- 1 eggplant (0.84€)
- 2 celery branch (1.49€)

- 2 garlic cloves (1.25€)

Recipe
- Cut your bell peppers, tomatoes, celery, eggplant, onion, olives and crush your garlic
- Add olive oil in a pan, add your onion, celery and garlic
- Add your eggplant, bell peppers and mix everything together
- Add your tomato paste, Herbs de Provence, tomatoes, olives and 300ml of water, mix everything together
- Cover it and let it cook for 20 minutes
- After 20 minutes, mix everything together and put it in a bowl
