Chocolate fondant

Ingredients

- 200 g chocolate (0.85€)

- 150 g butter (1.56€)

- 150 g caster sugar (0.74€)

- 50 g flour (0.45€)

- 3 eggs (1.05€ for 10 eggs)

Total: 4.65€


Recipe

1. Put the butter in the microwave for about ten seconds.

2 Melt the chocolate into pieces in a double boiler with 3 tablespoons of water

3 In a bowl, add the soft butter, add the powdered sugar and mix. Then add the eggs one by one alternating with the flour.

4. Add the melted chocolate, stir and pour the preparation into buttered ramekins.

5 Put the ramekins in the freezer for an hour.

6. Preheat the oven to 150°C and cook the ramekins for 20 minutes no more.
