Ingredients

- 1 sweet potato (2.49€/Kilogram)
- Olive oil (1.85€ for 25cl)
- Herbs de Provence (0.43€)
- Salt (0.26€)
Total: 5.03€
Recipe
1. Preheat your oven at 200 ° C
2. Thoroughly wash the sweet potatoes. Slice them in half, then into wedges.
3. Toss wedges in the olive oil and herbs de Provence.
4. Place them on a baking sheet with skin side down.
5. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
