Ingredients

- 100 grams of bacon (1.73€)

- 50 grams of parmesan (1.02€)

- 100 grams of sour cream (1.58€)

- 100 grams of ricotta (1.14€)

- 3 eggs (1.05€ for 10 eggs)

- Pepper (0.67€)

- Salt (0.26€)

- 3 zucchinis (1.29€)

Total: 8.74€






How to make zucchini, ricotta and parmesan quiche

The dough

You can make the dough it yourself or you can buy it already made. I brought mine already made. Here is a quick recipe to make the dough yourself:

Ingredients:

- 1 teaspoon of salt

- 60 grams of sunflower oil

- 80 cl. of water

- 200 grams of flour

Mix the flour, water, oil and salt until you form a ball of dough. Set aside.


The filling:

Start by preheating your oven to 220 ° C.

Mix the eggs, ricotta, sour cream, parmesan, salt and pepper in a bowl

Wash, dry and grate the zucchinis and add them to the previous mixture in the bowl.

Spread the pie crust in a mold, pour the filling, sprinkle with diced bacon and grated gruyere (optional), then bake for 30 minutes in your oven.
