Biscuits with jam and chocolate filling

Ingredients

- 1 egg (1.05€ for 10 eggs)

- 140 grams of butter (1.66€)

- 75 grams of icing sugar (1.25€)

- 250 grams of flour (0.44€)

- 25 grams of almonds powder (1.75€)

- Jam and chocolate spread (0.99€ and 1.69€)

Total: 8.83€



Recipe

1. Mix the flour, almond powder and the icing sugar in a bowl.

2. Add the egg and the butter.

2. Form it into a ball and place it into a bowl with cellophane on top

3. Place it into your fridge for 1 hour

4. Preheat your oven at 180°C 5. Flatten the dough and cut it with your big circle cookie cutter and then place a hole in the big hole (watch youtube video linked under for better understanding) 6. Put it in the oven for 12 minutes

7. Let it cool for 10 minutes

8. Place the big cookie under and then place the cookie with the whole on top (watch youtube video linked under for better understanding)

9. Place jam or chocolate in the middle
