Brownies

Ingredients

- 200 grams of chocolate (0.85€)

- 125 grams of butter (1.56€)

- 100 grams of powdered sugar (0.74€)

- 3 eggs (1.05€ for 10 eggs)

- 50 grams of flour (0.44€)

- 2 pinches of cinnamon powder (1.02€)

- 50 grams of pecan nuts (1.80€)

- 50 grams of walnuts (1.69€)

Total: 9.15€

How to make brownies

Preheat your oven at 180°C.

Grease a rectangle or square mold

Cut you butter and your chocolate into squares and melt it together.

Add the sugar, the eggs, the flour and the cinnamon into a mixing bowl and whisk.

Add the pecan nuts and the walnuts into the bowl and whisk.

Put the dough into the mold and place it in the oven for 20 minutes

Let it cool of for 2 hours
