Ingredients

(for 15 buns)

The buns:

- 500g flour (0.44€)

- 1 egg (1.05€ for 10 eggs)

- 25 cl of milk (0.72€)

- 60g sugar (0.74€)

- 100g of soften butter (1.66€)

- 1 pack of baking powder (1.90€)

- 1 teaspoon of salt (0.26€)

Cinnamon sugar:

- 60g of sugar

- 50g of butter

- 3 teaspoon of cinnamon (1.02€)

Icing:

- 120g of icing sugar (1.25€)

- 1 egg white

Total: 9.04€

Recipe:

1. Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm milk.

2. In the bowl of your food processor - or in a salad bowl if you do it by hand - pour the yeast and add the flour, salt, sugar and egg; knead for 10 minutes. Add the butter in pieces and knead again for 10 minutes.

3. Take the dough out of the food processor and put it to rise in a bowl covered with a tea towel for 1h30. The dough should double in size.

In the meantime, the dough should have doubled in size.

4. Meanwhile, prepare the cinnamon mixture by mixing the melted butter, brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.

5. Remove it from the bowl and spread it out on a floured work surface, forming a rectangle. Spread the cinnamon mixture over the entire surface of the rectangle.

6. Roll the dough on itself.

7. Cut the dough into slices and place it on a baking sheet.

8. Cover the dough with a clean cloth and put it back to rise between 45 minutes and 1 hour.

9. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C

10. Bake the cinnamon rolls for 25 minutes.

11. Let cool. Meanwhile, prepare the icing by mixing the icing sugar and egg white. When the buns have cooled, pour the frosting on them
