Lemon cupcakes

Ingredients

- 100g of flour (0.45€)

- 75g of sugar (0.74€)

- 2 eggs (1.05€ for 10 eggs)

- 50g of melted butter (1.56€)

- 1/2 of a lemon juice and zest (0.60€)

- 1/2 a pack of baking powder (0.22€)

Total: 4.62€




Recipe

1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

2. Melt the butter

3. During this time, wash the lemon. Very finely grate the skin, taking care not to grate the white (bitter) skin. Then cut the lemon in half and squeeze it to receive the juice.

4. Mix the flour, sugar and baking powder. Add the eggs one by one, then the melted butter and finally the grated zest and lemon juice.

5. Pour the preparation into the cupcake mold.

6. Place it in your oven for 30 minutes.
