Ingredients

(for 20 meringues)

- 4 egg whites (1.05€ for 10 eggs)

- 250g of caster sugar (0.74€)

- A pitch of salt (0.26€)

Total: 2.05€


How to make meringue

Preheat the oven at 120°C.

Put the eggs white and the pitch of salt in a mixing bowl.

Beat the egg whites until stiff.

Add the sugar in small amounts while continuing to beat.

Place small piles of meringue on a baking sheet previously covered with baking paper.

Bake for 45 minutes.

Once cooked, gently peel the meringues and leave to cool on a wire rack.
