Pancakes

Ingredients

- 50 grams of unsalted butter (1.56€)

- 300 grams of milk (0.66€)

- 2 eggs (1.05€ for 10 eggs)

- 30 grams of sugar (0.56€)

- 200 grams of flour (0.44€)

- 1 sachet of baking powder (0.78€)

- 1/2 teaspoon salt (0.26€)

Total: 5.31€


How to make pancakes

Melt the butter

In a bowl put the molten butter, milk, eggs, salt, sugar, flour and baking powder.

Heat a little butter or oil in the pan. As soon as it is hot, pour in a ladle of pancake batter. The pancake should be between 5 and 10 cm in diameter. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes until bubbles form on the surface of the pancake.

Then flip the pancake with a spatula and cook the other side for 1 to 2 minutes. The pancake should be golden on both sides.

Place the pancakes in a plate and cover them to keep them warm. Repeat with the rest of the batter
