Tiramisu

Ingredients (for 8 people)

- 6 eggs (1.05€ for 10 eggs)

- 200 grams of brown sugar (1.80€)

- 2 sachets of vanilla sugar (0.67€)

- 500 grams of mascarpone (2.82€)

- 48 ladyfingers (1.38€)

- 1 liter unsweetened black coffee (3€)

- 60 grams cocoa powder (1.48€)

Total: 12.2€


How to make tiramisu

Separate the whites from the yolks.

Mix the yolks with the brown sugar and the vanilla sugar.

Add the mascarpone and whisk.

Beat the egg whites until stiff and gently incorporate them into the previous mixture with a spatula. Reserve.

Dip the biscuits in the coffee and then line them at the bottom of the dish.

Cover with a layer of mascarpone cream then repeat the operation, alternating a layer of biscuits and a layer of cream, ending with the cream.

Sprinkle with cocoa powder.

Put in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours then enjoy chilled.
