Ingredients

100 g whole milk (0.69€)

5 egg yolks (1.05€ for 10 eggs)

90 g of sugar or vanilla sugar (0.67€)

450 g cream (1.85€)

1 to 2 vanilla pods (3€)

Total: 7.26€


How to make vanilla cream

Preheat the oven to 120°C.

Pour the milk, egg yolks, sugar and cream into a bowl and mix.

Open the vanilla in half lengthwise and add the contents to the mixture

Pour the mixture into the individual ramekins and put in the oven.

Cook for 40 minutes and enjoy!
